Okay okay I’m really sorry! I don’t think you’re stupid. Not in the slightest. Not even a little bit.
In fact, I think you’re really incredibly super awesome because you’re on my blog reading my silly ramblings. Seriously. You’re the best. Keep up the great work.
Now where was I? Oh yes. The importance of KISS. This acronym is an important one – Keep It Simple, Stupid.
If you’re anything like me, you often walk up to your closet and stare in awe at all the crap you have absolutely no interest in wearing. Like why can’t it be okay to just roll up to brunch or work in board shorts?
Ugh.
Well a close second when it comes to easy and true-blue is the American classic: a t-shirt and jeans.
But how to infuse some style into this combo?
Well how about a slightly large tee (search for “long line”) in a thinner jersey with unfinished hems? Roll the sleeves a little and you’re golden. And try some jeans in a super light wash with some strategic tears for ventilation.
Now you look classic cool and can keep it cool in the August heat!
